The aim of this project was to restore some of the levels to an open-plan design to provide a creative space for future tenants to review floors.
Works included a general building common areas upgrade, including amenities and the lift lobbies on all floors. Due to the high-profile nature of the building, minimising disruptions to the building’s tenants was essential. Our team scheduled all disruptive works out of hours and conducted weekly site meetings so all stakeholders were informed of the project’s progress, resulting in a fantastic outcome.
