Client Project Manager:
This project involved transforming two floors on levels 9 and 10 into an open-plan office space which included meeting rooms, utility areas, workstations, a boardroom and breakout areas.
To achieve the tight programme, our team identified the challenges early and formulated a clever and detailed plan. This ensured the team achieved an early handover of the comms room and completed the remainder of the build on time. We coordinated the architectural design with the services within the building to make Elders’ vision become a reality.
Meeting expectations, clear communication and prompt management of defect rectification ensured a smooth transition for Elders into their new office.
