The goal for this project was for SHAPE to provide a quality office for JLT’s staff to enjoy, on time and below budget. Continuous communication was also of utmost importance.

Key challenges during this project included delays to the CDC, lead time items and design finalisation. Our team addressed these by obtaining owners consent, re-specifying items that wouldn’t meet handover and assisting in the provision of samples and prototypes. We also assisted in obtaining details to aid in design finalisation.

In collaboration with Colliers Design and our subcontractors, we managed to successfully deliver this project defect free and one week ahead of schedule, achieving Perfect Delivery for JLT.
