He is responsible for the coordination of the day to day construction related aspects of the project and to ensure that the established performance targets for time and quality are met.

Keeta has been a dedicated member of SHAPE for the past 12 years. She is a born and bred Territorian who loves fishing, camping, dancing, rugby league and travelling abroad.

She is an excellent communicator who sustains open, honest and timely communication throughout the life of a project, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and working together towards an overall positive result for clients.

Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown boys. He loves to travel, to experience new cultures and to relax with good food and wine.

Career:

Grant has formal qualifications in building and management, combined with 25 plus years of industry experience. Grant joined SHAPE in 2005 and leads SHAPE’s SA and NT teams.

Grant understands the delivery of projects can often be complicated and is almost always undertaken within a tight time frame and strict budget parameters. In this, he believes project success is very much a result of championing great teamwork.

He sees his role as supporting and leading his team as they create a collaborative, results-oriented approach to working with all project stakeholders, and ultimately delivering the very best outcomes for SHAPE’s clients.

About:

Nathan lived abroad for 13 years building ski chalets in the French Alps, where he met his wife while guiding ski groups. Throughout his many career endeavours, he has been fortunate to have worked on two of the Olympics in Nagano 1998, and Sydney in 2000. Nathan has also lived on a sailing boat for six months as a deckhand, sailing around New Zeland’s majestic waters.

Nathan is a loving family man to two young boys aged eight & ten and his wife who are the most important people in his world and the reason why he works so hard and plays harder!

Career:

Carpenter and Block layer by trade with 24-year diversified experience. Throughout his career, Nathan has always strived to deliver projects that represent a commitment to the industry and quality products.

Nathan’s experience in communicating with the vast array of construction professionals allows him to understand their needs and requirements and work alongside to meet schedules, deliver objectives and win the trust of stakeholders.

Originally from Queensland, Chris has lived in Darwin for the past eleven years and loves it. He has a wife, two daughters and enjoys renovating his house, gardening and woodwork. He is a fan of the NQ Cowboys and loves how consistent they are – consistent at losing.

Chris has been working in the domestic and commercial building industry doing interior fitouts for over 25 years. He thrives on working hard and working within a team to deliver first-rate projects.

Jared loves the outdoors from camping to fishing, and hiking. He developed these passions whilst living abroad in Canada for 2 years. He recently relocated to Darwin with his girlfriend from Melbourne but that hasn’t stopped him from supporting his AFL team, St Kilda.

Career:

Jared has been in the construction industry for 12 years, beginning a carpentry apprenticeship at age 18. Working in project management teams on high-end residential builds, he has developed a passion for creative design. Joined SHAPE NT in 2019 as a Site Foreman.
