Ethan Story receives the SHAPE Connect Award

At the RMIT’s School of Property, Construction and Project Management 2019 Industry, Research and Awards Night in Melbourne, the SHAPE Connect Award was presented to Ethan Story.

RMIT’s annual awards night recognises the outstanding achievements of students and provides an opportunity for networking with industry professionals.

A first of its kind for RMIT, the SHAPE Connect Award is offered exclusively to Indigenous students.

The recipient receives a paid internship with SHAPE, an opportunity to transition into our Building Cadet Experience and prize money of $2,500.  We are passionate about providing employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and this internship offers Indigenous students the opportunity to gain on-the-job, practical exposure to work-life in the construction industry.

Congratulations Ethan!
